Department of the Interior notice from Las Cruces New Mexico dated November 2 1934 states Olan Hardman of Ochoa New Mexico has filed to prove up land claim for North Half section 23 and South Half township 25 south range 34 east with three year proof to be made before John A Stuart at Jal on December 14 1934. Witnesses listed include J Scott and Joseph W Pearson both of Ochoa New Mexico.
