Fairchild registration appeal looms in Kauai case
Honolulu reports that Geo H Fairchild sua sponte sought nomination for Kauai County Supervisor but is not an elector or resident for three years. Attorney General Andrews advised Buckland to reject the papers, an appeal to the Supreme Court may be heard soon with Justices Galbraith Perry absent and Frear considering circuit judge sitters.
