On July 4 1906 at 10:00 a.m. at the Hawaii Courthouse in Hilo, property at Kaumana South Hilo described as eight acres on Olsen purchase boundary will be sold at public auction for cash to satisfy the mortgage.

Hilo Celebrates Nation's Birthday With Two Day Sports Show
The Hilo Fourth of July program features horse racing bronco busting and various races with liberal purses totaling nearly 1500 dollars. Washington June 18 A bill acceptable to President Roosevelt would provide a three million dollar annual appropriation for meat inspection. Officials would be appointed under the civil service system.
