Hilo Board of Trade Re Elects Old Officers
The Hilo Board of Trade unanimously re elected all officers for the ensuing year after reports from President N N Holmes Secretary H Vicars and Treasurer C A Stobie. The by laws were amended to combine the secretary role with the president and add a new eight member Executive Council.
