Questions cover North Broad Street from the Newark line to Route 22 overpass, Hollywood to Coe Avenue, Hillside Avenue to Orchard Terrace, and Maple Avenue from Newark line to Winans Avenue. The measure aims to gauge broad public sentiment while sparing no district, prompting concerns about clarity and district voting implications.
