School Bus Safety Rules Emphasized in New Jersey Cities
Raymond R. King, chairman of the Hillside Highway Safety Coordinating Committee, urged drivers to stop at least 10 feet from stopped school buses and to pass slowly on multi lane roads. He noted curbsided loading may allow 16 mph passing and stressed yield of right of way. The effort aims to cut right of way violations, a leading accident factor in New Jersey's state wide August-September campaign.

Mrs Mary Sayer of 53 Hillside Avenue died at home. funeral held at Mullin Funeral Home and Christ the King Church. Burial in Holy Sepulcher Cemetery. She was born in Benteal Lebanon and came to this country in 1906. Survived by three sons Michael, Joseph, Peter. daughter Helen. two brothers Namtealah and Louis Sayer.
