Mayor Louis A. Dischler selected Otis as the library clown for the Hillside Public Library summer story hour contest. Judy Zemanovic 8 was honored with two books after submitting the winning name. More than 135 children attended the program led by Mrs. Joseph Fernicola with events including a personality contest for age groups 3 4 and 6 9 years.
