In Hillside session on Sept 4 1969 judge Louis Devin presided. Max I Robison Montclair was found guilty of impaired driving with a $100 fine and six month license suspension after June 30 charge. a second DUI charge from Aug 7 1969 led to a guilty verdict with sentencing on Sept 18 1969. Selina Marsh Union was fined $10 for failing to yield to an emergency vehicle. Charles Herbst Hillside pled guilty to leaving the scene of an accident and paid $35. David C Kraus fined $10 for overdue inspection. Michael Colella Hillside fined $25 for driving with permit but no licensed driver. Phil S Udovychenko Paterson fined $50 for not driving registration in possession. Leeee James Derogatis Fanwood and Anthony Santangelo Newark found guilty of toll violations on the Garden State Parkway, each $10. Peter R Scavone Newark guilty of toll violation, $10. Leonard G Radzian Hillside found guilty of careless driving, $35. Ronald P Larson Barrington found not guilty on toll violation. Stanley Hawkins Jersey City guilty of unlicensed driving, $55. Agnes Lueddeke Hillside guilty of parking in a prohibited area, $20. Roger Womack Long Branch and Robert Florke Long Branch guilty of unlawful use and possession of narcotics and paraphernalia, each $100 and six months probation.
