Hillside adopts bond ordinance for Essex Union plant project
The Township Committee introduces a bond ordinance to finance Hillside share of the Essex Union Joint Meeting sewage plant. It authorizes $3,120,000 in bonds and $3,120,000 in bond anticipation notes to cover the Hillside portion of the plant and related costs with grants from federal and state sources expected.
