Two Drunken Motorists Sentenced To Jail And License Revocation
Two men faced conviction for drunken driving after a collision on North Avenue. Lepinski, 44, of Avon Wallace Park, pleaded guilty to reckless driving and was fined and jailed with a 10 year license revocation. McKenzie, Bernard of 14 Blige Comtard, pleaded not guilty but was convicted after testimony from witnesses including Simon Kaplan. The court, led by Sidney Birnbaum, imposed revocation and fines, with one driver fined for drunken driving and another for the collision related charges.
