After a city ordinance, parking will be restricted during street cleaning hours posted by the Police and Road Departments. Sweeping times are 9 to 11, 10 to 12, or 1 to 4 PM with emergency access as needed. Once cleaning ends on a street, parking can resume.
Three men were convicted for drunken driving with fines ranging from 200 to 225 dollars.
