Mundet Cork Case Plea Non Vult In Smoke Violations
Acting Magistrate Tumarkin denied a motion to dismiss all pending complaints against Mundet Cork Corp for violation of the township smoke ordinance. Mundet’s attorney Nicholas English entered a plea of non vult, placing the case in the court’s hands.
