Hillside State Bank Opens Temporary Office Today

State Bank of Hillside begins operations with a temporary office under the charter Hillside State Bank. Bank president Louis Burfeind announced the formal name approval by the State Commissioner of Banking and Insurance in Trenton on Oct. 24. The facility at 1221 Liberty Ave. offers savings, checking, one window banking, loans, vaults, and deposit boxes in a two story modern building.
