Planning Board to Hear June 25 and February 7 Zoning Hearings
Township planning officials preview the first complete rezoning since 1931. The updated ordinance aims to tighten frontage requirements and reclassify areas from business to residential and vice versa while prohibiting multi family dwellings to curb future growth and taxes. The board emphasizes community benefit and fair consideration for disagreements.
