The George Reach estate at Maple Avenue and Oakland Terrace was approved as a major subdivision by the Planning Board. A public hearing is set for Thursday, June 2 at 8 p.m. in the Municipal Building. Jopa Realty Co of Newark, led by Victor Tuzzolino, plans a 3.10 acre development at about 40 000 per acre with 27 lots. Plans call for extending Boa Place to Oakland Terrace and a new sheet road to Knowl as Davio Drive, with lots fronting 41 to 70 feet and depths around 429 feet in single family zones, plus adjacent two family zones for Boa Place frontage.

Hebrew School Registration Opens for New Sinai Center
