Speedometer Check Aims to Verify Car Meters Saturday
Franklyn Weber and the Hillside Safety Council will run a speedometer check on Central avenue from 1 to 4 pm on May 7. A radar car and an accompanying vehicle will test speeds at 30 mph, issuing printed cards showing any variation. No records will be kept and motorists can choose to repair if off.
