Christ the King of Hillside finishes the season with a 7 4 record the best in the CYC League. Coaches Bob Pavelick and Mike Jakubik guided a turnaround from 1 4 to a six game win streak with overtime victory and strong bench support. MVP Raymond Nardo led a starting five including Salgado Czyzyk Imperial and Nardo to team success.

County Courses To Open Soon For 1973 Season
The nine hole Pitch and Putt courses at Galloping Hill Kenilworth Union and Ash Brook Scotch Plains reopen this weekend weather permitting. Hours 9 am to dark with Galloping Hill lights after April 6 until 10 pm. Registration required at golf houses through March 29. Green fees 1 per round, 75 cents Mondays for women children and seniors 65 and over.

Hillside's Kings beat St. Rose of Lima 63 46 at Livingston College gym Edison New Jersey to reach the Intermediate Division semi finals for 15-16 year olds. Testa and Hayes combined for 31 points as Hillside pulled away in the third quarter. They face East Orange Youth in Action Team this Sunday at 10:00 a.m. in the same venue.
