John Hynes faced embezzlement and theft charges, held for grand jury with 2500 dollars bail each. Frank Timoni pled not guilty to assault and battery on his wife, fined 100 dollars after hearing. Nathan Litwer admitted delinquent inspection tag and no license, total 105 dollars. Nancy Nelson paid 25 dollars for license/registration issue. John McCree Jr. paid 55 dollars for expired license.
