Hillside Court Session Faces a Stream of Guilty Pleas
At the Hillside Court Session on Thursday July 6 1967 Vincent Valeri Jr of Bloomfield pled guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of narcotics and to driving while revoked. He also admitted failing to stay within marked lanes. Donald Wood of Hillside pled guilty to failing to have his vehicle inspected. Heiko Matthews of Belleville pled guilty to driving with a bald tire. Mary Ann Yeachshein of Hillside found guilty of possession of drugs and acquitted on being under the influence. Edward Largher of Springfield threw a lit cigarette on the Garden State Parkway and was fined. Margaret Artman of Hillside fined for careless driving. Easex Fenn of Newark found guilty of stopping in the fast lane on the Garden State Parkway. James Nesbitt of Roselle jailed for three months for narcotics and failing to produce registration. sentences run concurrently. John L Thompson and Joseph Amos of Newark waived preliminary hearing on breaking and entering a railroad car and await grand jury action.
