Hillside Community Orchestra Plans 10th Concert
The Hillside Community Orchestra presents its tenth concert at Hillside High School auditorium on Thursday January 21 under Herman Tolzman. Found Guilty Of Molesting Calls In Municipal Court
Magistrate Henry Goldhor found Frank Jarvis, 24, of 1534 Franklin Street guilty of disorderly conduct in Municipal Court last Thursday night but reserved decision for a week to determine the penalty. Jarvis was charged by Wayne McCoy, Cozy Spot Diner manager, with making constant telephone calls since November 16 to learn the identity of a girl described as Smith with dark hair seen in the diner. McCoy's account was supported by two waitresses. Jarvis denied the charges, saying he knew nothing about the calls.
