Public notice of paper subscription and sale of stock

At three dollars a year payable half yearly in advance. Those who do not give notes will have their paper discontinued at year end. Whoever guarantees payment for nine papers shall receive a tenth gratis. Advertisements under fourteen lines cost three dollars for three insertions. twenty five cents for continuances. Subscriptions received by the printer and most state postmasters. For business relative to the paper be post paid. Invitation for literary communications due to James Jef Egoso death. Public sale of firm assets in Millsborough on the Lich day of June next. Stills, sheet lead, pewter, tin ware, tea kettles, oil copper, one Jersey wagon, ledgers. Four months credit by bond with security. Sale to continue daily until fully sold.

A Mason and Company and Clifton announce purchase of the well known Hillsborough inn from Hinton and Brame and Mr Henry Thompson and offer steady accommodation with good beds liquors and meals. Mr Cuttno pledges personal service to please patrons and ensure satisfaction in Hillsborough North Carolina dated April 10 1820.

Ostrich the celebrated horse stands for season at Mason Hall

The renowned horse Ostrich will begin the season April 1 at Cane Creek with Monday and Tuesday shows at James Morrow and Wednesday at James Litchison. Thursday to Saturday at Mason Hall, price four dollars for the leap, six dollars for the season if paid early, eight dollars otherwise, ten dollars to insure a mare with foal. Penmanship notes.
