The High Point Enterprise raises home-delivered price by 10 cents effective today, with weekly rate at 55 cents and Monday through Saturday weekday delivery at 45 cents. Rail delivery rates rise similarly while single copy prices remain 10 cents daily and 20 cents Sunday. Publishers cite higher production costs. Collections under the new rate begin the weekend of Oct 6-7.
