Robbery Charges Lead to Prison Terms in Local Court
A one week term concluded with Judge Arm strong giving Joe Wideman 5 to 15 years for a robbery committed January 22. An assault with a deadly weapon enhancement added 12 months. Lemuel Dawkins received 3 to 10 years for breaking and entering. Stewart faced 25 years for narcotics possession. Several other defendants received probation or nol pros with leave, while some charges were dismissed or left pending.
