At Con Thien the US Marines faced the heaviest sustained Communist bombardment since Dien Bien Phu as over 1,000 shells rained in. Fire starting by lawnmower damages Washington fuel terminal

A rock from a lawnmower sparked a blaze that heavily damaged the FCK bulk fuel terminal in Washington North Carolina on Monday. Kinston Fire Department crews stood in foam as they fought tanks containing kerosene and fuel oil. An FOX employee mowing near the tanks sparked the fire and explosion.
