Primitive Baptist Church In Raleigh Put In Receivership

The Primitive Baptist church of Raleigh went into the hands of a receiver while litigation continues between rival factions over ownership. W A Simpkins leads one faction using the building. J P Temple leads the other worshiping at the Old Soldiers' Home chapel. Judge Horton ordered the exiled faction out and allowed alternating Sunday access between the groups.
