Yugoslavia Defies Russia Over UN Vote Stance

Yugoslav Deputy Foreign Minister Ales Bebler accused Moscow of plotting to crush Yugoslavia but said Belgrade would not vote against Soviet moves in the UN assembly simply because they are Soviet inspired.
