The city records a sixth fire fatality as a woman died from smoke inhalation in a one story residence at 1109 Wynnewood Ave. Fire Chief H L Thompson said the victim’s identity awaits positive kin confirmation. The fire started around 11 40 a m from a cigarette on a sofa. The medical examiner certified death by smoke inhalation.
