High Point residents will join Central Carolina Development Association members at the Yadkin hotel in Salisbury for a meeting to seek restoration of Southern passenger service Nos. 21 and 22 from Goldsboro to Waynesville via Salisbury. The route was altered about a year ago with Winston-Salem as the western destination. Organizers believe current demand supports restoring the trains. About fifteen attendees are expected.
