A New Jersey man, Richard Joseph Ganza, 22, of Paramus, was jailed in Miami on interstate transportation of a stolen car owned by Rep. Herbert C. Bonner. The FBI says he admitted stealing the Norfolk Virginia car on Sept. 1, and Miami Beach detectives arrested him after a drive-in encounter. He faces arraignment before U. S. Commissioner Roger Edward Davis.
