Injunctions Lifted Over North Carolina American Party
Superior Court Judge William Grist lifted injunctions that halted the American Party of North Carolina from doing business but left leadership unresolved. The Buncombe County suit by Wayne Rayburn and the party against Walter G. Green was dismissed as essentially duplicative of a later Alamance County case.
