Development Company Buys 1,000 Acres of Land
Salter Path North Carolina reports a development firm purchased 1000 acres facing sound and ocean to build a deluxe beach retreat with a 6000 dollar minimum cottage price. The sale follows long battles with Salter Path residents who claim title by occupancy and a prior court ruling shifting tax payments to a trustee. The property originally linked to Alice Hoffman of Paris and the Roosevelt family heirs.
