Ella Inland Threatens Jamaica Cuba From Hurricane Ella

Hurricane Ella moved inland over Haiti and posed threats to Jamaica and southeastern Cuba. Warnings covered Haiti and its coastlines while Dominican Republic advisories were lifted.
