Youth 14 shoots two in Hanover store spree

A 14 year old, Charles Smith, wounded two students near Hanover Maryland after heckling over his thirst for knowledge. A man nearby died of a heart attack during the chaos. Smith was captured by state troopers with a .22 rifle and a shotgun. Francis Bussey, 15, was wounded in the groin at a rural Manning store. The suspect told onlookers he would shoot again.
