NAACP Wins In Alabama Court Battle
The NAACP won a round in the Supreme Court in its fight against an Alabama order blocking activities and business qualifications. School Buses Collide injuring Fifteen Near Henderson
Two school buses collided early today on Royster Road near Dabney six miles northeast of Henderson. Fifteen children were injured including one seriously. 49 from the Oak Grove Henderson Inst bus and 29 from the Dabney bus sought treatment at local hospitals. one child William Henderson was flown to Duke Hospital with severe facial injuries.
