Coroner Robert Jennings said he will seek a state investigation for potential negligence as a nurse escaped. The blaze started in a rear laundry room and filled the residential wing with dense smoke.
Oslo officials announce Willy Brandt, West Germany's first Socialist chancellor, awarded the Nobel Peace Prize plus 88000 dollars.
