Overdraft Seen in North Carolina General Fund this December
North Carolina faces a December cash overdraft in the General Fund with a projected five to five and a half million overdraft in January and ten and a half million in February, though a $9 million year end treasury and a roughly $5 million deficit at the end of the biennium are anticipated.
