The FARMER'S Exchange on Springdale behind Southgate Shopping Center saw a second hauled away safe, two by three feet, moved out with a hand truck. It held about 275 dollars in small bills and 79 dollars in checks, plus a 40 dollar hand truck. Police note numerous recent safes in the area, hinting at an out of state gang.
