Greensboro High Point businessman Robert L. Hutchens was indicted by a federal grand jury in the U S Middle District Court on charges of filing false income tax returns for 1969 70 and 71 and for assisting in preparing corporate returns that understated gross receipts of Big Bear of North Carolina Inc Hutchens served as executive vice president at the High Point Big Bear headquarters The indictment cites specific understatements in his personal returns and in corporate filings for the periods 1968-69 through 1970-71 with adjusted figures for taxes due and gross receipts```
