Main Street Methodist Church to Dedicate New Buildings
Main Street Methodist Church will hold dedicated services tomorrow at 11:00 a.m. former pastor Rev. N C Williams will be guest speaker with Dr S W Taylor and Rev Walter R Kelly among assistants. The project cost 48000 dollars after a 12000 debt, funded by church and community gifts including a 10000 donation from Rev E H Blackard. The building replaces a condemned church and includes a new Moller organ.

Sixty two Catholic cadets from the 326th college training detachment of High Point college will attend a solemn mass at St Edward's church tomorrow at 11 a.m. They will receive communion and join breakfast in St Edward's hall. St Edward's choir directed by George H Clark will sing. The sermon by MacMillan will address "The Moral Basis of Peace as Dictated by the Armed Forces."
