Salvation Army Officer to Visit High Point for Audit
Major Walter B. Mabee, general secretary of the Salvation Army southern division based in Atlanta, will arrive in High Point on October 24 to inspect local financial records and the work of local officers. Mabee has served twenty five years as an officer, sung at national meetings, led singing for Commander Evangeline Booth, and spent extensive time in Europe and the War Cry editorial staff.
