Danbury Connecticut November 30 1928 Dietrich E Loewe aged 74 who won the Danbury Hatters case twelve years ago at personal cost will receive an annuity of 5000 dollars a year. A Virginia man, Hershel Deaton, was shot and a Black worker Leonard Woods lynched by a mob near Whitesburg Kentucky after a highway dedication.
