State to Present Case in Patterson Murder and Vice Trials
State investigators were to unveil findings in the A. L. Patterson murder to the emergency grand jury in Phenix City Alabama. The Patterson case followed by the Phenix City vice trials resumed after a Thanksgiving recess. Patterson was shot to death outside his law office June 18 as National Guardsmen and investigators led a broad vice cleanup.
