Judge Wilson Warlick ordered a mistrial in the murder case of four defendants Sam Bost James Ennis Mose Brown and Mary Boyd charged in the February 17 1936 slaying of R O Hawn former constable and auto salesman. Jurors deliberated 24 hours without reaching a verdict and the case must be called in superior court again. The state alleges the group killed Hawn and hid his body near Brookford school.
