ITU Policy Attacked By ANPA Chief
Cranston Williams of the American Newspaper Publishers Association condemned the ITU in New York noting the National Labor Relations Board will likely end the union's push to compel newspapers to deal with it. He predicts an effective order to stop what he calls illegal activities and says the ITU and its officers may present their case to the board. The NLRB complaint cites ITU demands for working under conditions of employment rather than a contract.
