Itinerant Cotton Picker Held In Sex Murder of Baby Girl
Fresno report says Paul Gutierrez a 25 year old itinerant cotton picker was held on a murder charge for the sex murder of 17 month old Josephine Yanez. He told officers he abducted the child from her parents car and after striking her the details were blank until waking later in his cabin. The child was found near the Saturday night dance hall after her parents had left to fetch a relative. Gutierrez drank alcohol and smoked a marijuana cigarette before the incident. He faces arraignment for murder.
