Policemen fined for affray in municipal court
J A Ceci and C S Wilson longtime High Point police officers were found guilty of affray in municipal court before Judge O A Kirkman. Each was fined five dollars and ordered to share court costs for fighting at the police station last Friday, a behavior the judge condemned.
