Ceremonies marked the unveiling of a monument for the late Charles A. Burton at the Primitive Baptist church in Buna Mechanic City. William Forrest Gilchrist, 82, longtime New York editor, dramatic critic and lecturer, died Saturday night at Pringle Memorial Home in Poughkeepsie New York after a period of illness. Open day planned for midway celebration between Winston-Salem and High Point
