Drainage Association to Hold Ninth Greensboro Meeting
The ninth annual North Carolina Drainage association convention will be held in Greensboro November 22 and 23 with delegates from High Point and the county. John H. Small and other officials will speak on drainage law and financing while reports from engineers cover tile drainage and swamp projects. A 2:30 p.m. Thursday session includes talks by Prof. Camp and others, followed by tours of Guilford County roads and Pomona Terra Cotta plant.
