Cambodian garrison forced to quit Rumlong after 19 day siege

Cambodian forces abandon Rumlong after a 19 day siege leaving more than 400 wounded and only about 30 reaching safety. North Vietnamese counteroffensive aimed at Rumlong. Highway 6 and several other routes remain cut as fighting continues near Phnom Penh and along Highway 4.

Four More Tuna Boats Are Seized
