North Carolina Traffic Sets October Peak On Highways

North Carolina primary highways averaged 86 076 vehicles per day in October, a rise from the previous year. The State Highway Commission noted the gain aligns with a 0.75 percent rise in vehicle registrations this year, totaling 1 577 604 registered vehicles statewide.
